What do you do to get, maintain and build a healthy mind, body and spirit? Come share with others your personal experience and knowledge while learning what they do.
For example: raw/organic/vegan diets, yoga, breath work, emotional freedom technique, reiki, or anything else you may have found that has elevated your being.
This is not a place for pharmaceuticals or people who depend on a medical doctor to tell them how they are feeling.
This group will have three main foci:
Internal: developing our own internal health
Internal/External: sharing with others in the group what we do to build health and learning from them what they do
External: activating with the community and society to promote a healthy planet.
Lively discussions and exchanges of information are healthy. So is accepting that everyone does their own thing and may not think our thing is best for them. This group is not selling anything.
