About President Jeff Lank

In 2002, Jeff began his Jaycee career in
Illinois which at the time had the most
members of any state. He led the Mundelein
Jaycees as their Charter President to achieve
Green Chip and Growth. It was being a
member of such a large state that excelled his
understanding of the organizations value and
opportunities that can be accomplished with
more members participating, regardless of the
event.

In 2004 Jeff took a career move to Delaware which had the
7th fewest members. Jeff joined the struggling New Castle
Jaycees and used his experience to lead them to growth
ever since. As State President, he led the Delaware
Jaycees to a 4th consecutive year of growth. He has
created an innovative recruitment theory that is growing
chapters across the nation and he looks forward to guiding
The United States Junior Chamber to growth in 2010. He
will lead by providing the tools needed for success.
