Mozzarella Class

We are really fortunate to have The Beverage People instructors give this class for us at a discounted price. They will teach the proper techniques for making quick Mozzarella curd and stretching in hot whey baths. Mozzarella is a Quick Cheese and as such can be made in as little as 30 minutes.
They will also be adding some advanced information during this class. They will be taking pH readings, temperature readings and answer all your questions.
This should be a fabulous class and the charge is only $20 person.
This class size is limited to 30 so sign up early. Recipes and handouts are included.
If this class sells out, another one may be added later in the spring.
