Return of Movie Night - part 3

Tom Bower will bring us another fabulous evening of short videos about cheese making - with a focus on the cheeses around Rome and the islands of Corsica and Sardinia.

Tom will pair a cheese tasting from these regions with episodes of Will Studd's "Cheese Slices" program.  Like our other events for movie night, this would start around 6 with the nibbles, and begin the movies by 7 pm running as long as people want, but in general we stop by 9 pm. The classroom comfortable holds 30 people for this event, but we still need reservations because the club is paying up to $125.00 for the cheese depending on reservations. Please bring food offerings for about 6 people, including anything you like: bread, veggies, fruit, wine, beer, meat, and salads. We provide service supplies.

Please RSVP as soon as possible for us to order the cheese.

Looking forward to this.

Fabulous! Thank you Tom and Nancy and Jan who made Sardinian flat bread which was the appropriate bread for our Sardinian regional cheeses! Wonderful films, great tasting cheeses. So interesting to see the low tech cheese making processes and the flora and animals and people. Fun!!!

Apologies for both of us cancelling; Kathy took a bad fall on our hike yesterday, and I've got company coming over last minute.

Nancy, my friend Kathy whom you met during her cheese-supply shopping trip at TBP is still planning on attending per ok'd by you the same day. However, is she still welcome, since the RSVPs are now closed?

Reservations only close due to our need to count heads for cheese. Please don't hesitate to attend if you can make it.
