Excellent sampling of homemade cheese including Chevre, Bloomed rinds: several Camemberts, Blue mold hard cheese, sour cream with Salmon, and Saint Marcellin. Homemade sourdough, fresh fruit and nuts, HOMEMADE truffles, Amaretto soaked nuts on Dark chocolate, and Wines. Two Cabernets, a Sangiovese, and Chenin Blanc.

What a great evening! A beautiful selection of home crafted cheeses with a nice range and some advanced techniques. Very inspiring! PLUS live entertainment! A great party! Thanks so much to Kathy and Bill and Nancy and all the members for their delicious cheeses, wines and the cider!!!
