Our group is a brand new venture for a fast growing group of cheese hobbyists that has sprouted up in Sonoma County. The cheesemaking hobby has been gaining momentum and confidence in the past couple of years and this club plans to build on that momentum to advance the hobby...and of course to have fun with it! A cheesemaking club is a rare and fairly new undertaking, as far as we know, so if you are outside Sonoma County and would like to participate please do. In general, however, the meetings can be expected to take place within Sonoma County. What type of meetings? Of course we will learn that as we go, but creamery tours, how-to demonstrations, style talks, cheese and recipe sharing, pairings, and more yet to be conceived ideas can be expected. Please join in. All ages and demographics are desired.
