Web site; searching for cheese making supplies. I just took a class last weekend, with you all and loved it. I came home with more how-to information and good honest helpful hints, that as I write my cheese is ripening.
A bit over a year, however, been searching and eating good sonoma cheese for past 20+ years.

For the past 60 plus years I have always been smiling and saying "cheese" when my picture was being taken. Enough of that, time to make and eat cheese! The fact that something is improving with time, other than fine wine and myself excites me.
