Subject: [Sonoma-County-Cheesemaking-Club] Janet Fletcher Teaches Cheese Tasting!!

Hi All!
I have been in contact with Janet Fletcher who has agreed to come to a Wheyward Bound Meeting and discuss how to taste/evaluate cheese critically. I have posted her credentials below for your enjoyment.
The dates and times that are being discussed are:
July 24 Tuesday 6-8 pm
July 25 Wednesday 6-8 pm
July 26 Thursday 6-8 pm
July 27, Friday 6-8 pm
I would like your feed back on which dates are most popular with the Club. From there, I will contact Janet and finalize the plans! If you are open to more than one date, please indicate.
I think this meeting will be informative. Janet is very well know in the Cheese world and is currently working on a book on Cheese & Beer pairing! And for all you cheese heads who read Culture Magazine, this is a hot topic.
Please let me know your availability on the dates above ASAP as I'm going on vacation at the end of the week.
Kind regards, Shell
