Hello all you cheesemakers,
Hope you can make plans to join the club Friday, March 22 at 6 pm in The Beverage People classroom. We are hosting Gianaclas Caldwell who will be teaching us about brined cheeses and helping us to solve cheesemaking problems. Bring your questions. Lots of space left and you can use the opportunity to pay your annual $20 dues.
