Hi Everyone:

Treat yourself to a little cheese making education this holiday! Peter Dixon, the famous, award-winning cheese maker and teacher will be here, in Northern CA on January 16 and 17th to teach a 2-day class on soft-ripened cheese (specifically blue) and rind analysis. Class is sponsored by the CA Artisan Cheese Guild and will take place at College of Marin, Indian Valley Campus in Novato, CA. Class level will be appropriate for beginner through intermediate skill levels.

Tickets are $200 for CACG members and $230 for non-members. 

Lunch is included in ticket price.
