While we are waiting for Mary Karlin's beautiful new Artisan Cheesemaking at Home book to arrive in August, The Beverage People have brought in a newer book we were introduced to at the last meeting when we toured Redwood Hill Creamery. Jennifer Bice encouraged us to take a look at the joy of Cheesemaking by Farnham and Druart, both with connections from The Vermont Institute for Artisan Cheese. Reasonable price and lots of helpful information.
