    After getting 12 gallons of milk from John Saturday morning, April 16, I made Fontina and stirred curd Cheddar on top level, the 2nd level has chaource and my brie booboo that became a pressed cheese, the 3rd level has brie and chaource, and the 4th level has a bloomy rind blue cheese. The rest of the milk is for drinking and ice cream!!
