Based on the centuries old arts and sciences of Kempo, Aiki and Kyusho our system includes simple but devastating techniques of self defense. We stress awareness, avoidance and non confrontation whenever possible. At present we train outside come rain or shine, so dress appropriately. Serious beginners are more than welcome.

For a limited time only, we are seeking like-minded individuals with dedication, perseverance and commitment wishing to learn principles and techniques of self protection and defense.
