    I am gf, and wondered if this event would work for me. In reading the menu items I am afraid it won't, but I thought I might could make some alterations to the recipes and try them out at home.

      There are 2 recipes out of the 4 that DO contain gluten. We anticipate that both recipes could be altered, but the samples at the class will contain gluten in them.
