Fermenting 101: White Kimchi & Beet Kvass


Come on down for another free class on probiotic food preparation.  This month, we'll be learning how to make White Kimchi from scratch as well as a rich and healthful fermented beet beverage called Kvass.  There will be plenty of samples and everyone who comes gets to take home all the information they need to start making their own scrumptious, probiotic whole foods!

    Adam's workshops are always informative and well-presented! He does SUCH a great job, and always has so much knowledge to share, even off the topic (although sometimes pummeled with questions, he graciously fields them all). I am always blown away by his knowledge, experience and calm demeanor, and I enjoy his gatherings so much. How lucky that my local WF offers these workshops! Thanks, Whole Foods!
