It's the weekend!! Not that weekends mean much to us... ;-) BUT, if you can, these workouts are great chances to leave the little one with Dad or grandparents and get in a little Mom time.
Join us for a stroller friendly workout tailored to fit YOUR needs utilizing resistance bands, your own body weight, a yoga mat and the stroller.
Be sure to bring resistance bands (heavy, medium, light), a yoga mat and water!
