Have you recently visited a health care provider because of a body or spirit stressor? Well, you are certainly not alone. In fact, most doctors visits in the U.S. are stress related, one way or another.
Next Friday and Saturday, October 4 and 5, the Stress-Less Living Expo will be held at at the Fairvew Marriott (route 50 and 495).
Featured from our community of whole food and Weston Price followers will be a 45-minute talk Friday nite 8:00pm, on the benefits of raw dairy, given by Kimberly Hartke publicist for Weston Price and the Real Milk Campaign. Other notables are:
-- Golden Valley Farm, a raw dairy provider to Northern Virginia
-- the Whole Health Dental Center in Falls Church, founded and led by WAPF board member Felix Liao
-- Relay Foods, a home-delivery supplier of Virginia organic and pastured food products
More broadly, there will be an extensive line-up of speakers, workshops and exhibitors addressing the following body and mind stressors:
Low energy, headaches, insomnia
Chest pain and rapid heart rate
Frequent colds and infections
Loss of sexual desire and/or ability
Upset stomach, diarrhea, constipation
Nervousness, shaking, grinding teeth
Cold, sweaty hands and feet
Aches, pains and tense muscles
Inner emptiness, wasting your life
Self doubts about your work/future
Apathetic or unforgiving toward others
Constantly needing to prove yourself
Negative outlook; morbid fear of death
If any of these stressors are your issues too, then you should consider attending.
Details on schedule and participants are forthcoming at www.stresslesslivingexpo.com.
