Heart disease, stroke, diabetes, high blood pressure, arthritis, osteoporosis . . . most of us are concerned with at least one of these ailments. And each one has a direct, causal relationship with what we eat. Join us next time to learn from two accomplished health advisers about how and why food is connected to these chronic diseases.
Dr. Lolin Hilgartner partners with her husband as co-founder of the Hilgartner Health Institute in Leesburg. She offers holistic, drugless, non-surgical primary care for most conditions treated by a general medical physician. She is a “systems doctor” instead of a “symptom doctor.”
Jill Dulaney is certified as a Holistic Health Counselor. As Chief of The Pantry Police, she helps clients create effective nutrition plans and supports them in meeting their wellness goals. She educates and guides them in changing the way they think about food.
