Food (Whole and Real) has the power to heal, prevent disease and be a life source OR Food (convenience and processed) can cause disease, addictions and other challenges.
Yes, one of my favorite Food Rules by Michael Pollan is "When you're eating Real Food you don't need any rules"! Having said that, there are times when our bodies are sensitive to even real food. Sometimes dairy, sometimes grains, nuts etc. I try to eat like an omnivore and eat a little of everything that is Real and Whole unless my body is in a healing state and then I listen to what my body needs or needs to stay away from.
