Russell, did BAlly's close? Where are you teaching now? I got an e mail from Bally's saying they were bought out, and I called Bally's to see if you were still teaching the Thursday night class and there was no answer. Please let me know where you are teaching !! Thanks - you can msg me on FB also.

Hello Russell: My intention was to start a "pranayama" group back in June; apologies to you & everyone else. Never got a meeting started. Although I have training in "yogic breathing," & have taught breathing at my church, "I'm out of practice." My best thinking is to work with folks who practice regularly. Hi Russell: Just wanted to give you an update. I'm sad to say that I won't be able to get to go to the monastery which totally intrigues me with the statues, culture and all. I have to be back for a rehearsal in Orange at 3:30 PM. I hope one day I get to see this place with an appropriate escort of course.
