Merry Meet!
This is an IN PERSON Meet-up study-group for solitary Wiccans. This group is mainly for beginners, but if someone with more experience wants to join, we welcome you! We will be using various books as our "study guide." Please look under the message board for the week's lesson, and come prepared for the discussion. Bring your notebook and/or "teaching Book of Shadows." (If you haven't set up one, let me know, and we will go over it with you.)

We will be meeting at Borders bookstore in Buford, across from the Mall of Georgia, every Tuesday morning at 10am. Please RSVP if you can attend! Feel free to bring any books you are reading or any divination tools! We will meet in the cafe' area.

We also meet at Borders most Thursday evenings at 7pm. There is a Pagan (Yahoo-group) that meets there at 8pm. I can meet with you at 7pm for an hour to catch you up, then we will join the other group for socialization time!
I won't be there on the 2nd Thursday of the month. Please let me know if you plan to come on a Thursday so I will expect you!

My magickal name is Syrai (pronounced Sih-RAY), and I am a 41-year-old stay-at-home mom. I have been studying metaphysical things since I was 11, and I became very interested in The Craft when I was in college and discovered that what I'd been doing actually had a name!

I've been practicing as a Solitary for a long time, and I'd like to meet others on the Path. I have to meet during the day (while my husband is at work and my daughter is in school) since I am "in the broom closet" (meaning, I don't practice Wicca openly; not even my family knows).
