Vinyasa Yoga is a vigorous style of yoga that consists of a series of postures done in constant flowing movement linked by the breath! All Levels are welcome! "Kalery Bunton came all the way from Brazil and originally began practicing yoga to find out the benefits that so many friends talked about, purely out of curiosity. She fell in love after her first class and since then hasn't stopped to deepen her practice and studies. Her curiosities for the authentic aspects of Yoga lead her to Yoga Shakti, where she completed her 200HR Teacher Training with the guidance of her teacher Diana Pipaloff. She found that the practice of yoga helped her to calm her mind and connect with her body and spirit in a way that she never experienced before. Kalery is also currently participating in Yoga Shakti's Advanced 500HR Training".
