March Against Monsanto, Philadelphia

Hey Wild Foodies and Food Revolutionaries- please join us on Saturday, May 24th for the March Against Monsanto!

We'll gather at the Rittenhouse Farmer's Market between 9am and 3pm and march through the streets of Philadelphia at 3pm. Bob Pierson, founder and director of Farm to City (, is delighted to have us. This is a great opportunity to network, educate the public about GMOs, and support our local, organic, GMO-free farmers!

If you would like to contribute in any way we would be delighted to have you join our efforts. You can help by inviting non-GMO activists and freedom fighters- please share this event widely and invite everyone!!!

We have had quite the successful run in Philadelphia the past year when it comes to Marching Against Monsanto!! This will be our third official global action since the movements kickoff event last May 25th. Millions have been reached and informed about the GMO issue. We are definitely having an effect and the momentum is apparent, especially with the passing of the Vermont labeling law this week. Thanks to all of the hardcore activists in Philly our ant-GMO movement here is one of the largest in the country. You should all be proud to show up and speak up this May 24th in Rittenhouse Square! The people united will never be defeated!! Solidarity.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
