Forage and Feast! part Two: Harvesting and Preparing a wild meal.

Today, we will review the plants we met yesterday, and harvest the abundant and delicious ones for our mid-day meal. We will learn more about identification, but especially how to harvest wild plants and prepare them into scrumptious dishes! $36 for Saturday, $45 for Sunday, $72 for the full weekend. Includes a delicious wild meal (Sunday). Be sure to bring bags for harvesting, notebook, pen, camera, phone... water, and your good humor! Workshop led by Sarah Murray, wild plants connoisseur with 30+ years experience teaching edible and medicinal plants in Europe and the US.
