FROM Wild Foodie, Mike Heaney

I see on your webpage that you interested in promoting  Entomophagy.  Have you ever been to Bugfest at the NC Museum of Natural History.  It's very educational, fun, and surprisingly well attended (maybe because of the free crawfish etouffe).  I've been several times and recommend it highly to anyone who's curious about the natural world or just plain hungry.  This year it's being expanded to an Evening Insectival.
