Hi all - This morning I rode my bike over to Kelly Drive, just below Lemon Hill, and picked some very juicy paper mulberries.  I took them home and carefully considered what to do next.  The most practical idea was to simple squeeze the juice from fruit like a sponge into a bowl, discard the core, and then strain out the seeds.  The juice tasted very sweet and I didn't get any aftertaste that was discussed on one of the websites below.  Check it out for yourselves.  And, as always, go slow.
