Hi to all the Wildfitness London gang, hope you are well and raring to go with Spring and Summer in the air. Some exciting times lay ahead as in May we are kicking off a 4 week schedule of movement sessions as follows;
Monday 7am Body weight movement essentials (Paul) 7pm Combo queen (Uju)
Tuesday 7am lactic liftoff (Uju)
7pm lifting, carrying and throwing (Paul)
Wednesday 7am Combo king (Paul) 7pm exploratory run (Uju)
Thursday 7am *urban movement (Uju) 7pm Body weight movement essentials (Paul)
Friday 7am lactic liftoff Uju) 6pm boxing/fighting (Paul and Uju) Dates: We are running the sessions for exactly 4 weeks starting Monday 5th May until Friday 30th May
Location: Hampstead Heath, the meeting point for each session will be Parliament Hill Cafe within the Heath

Length of sessions: The a.m sessions will last between 30-40min enabling you to start your day with a movement espresso but not being late for work. The evening sessions will last between 40-60min. Cost: £120 for unlimited sessions within the 4 weeks.
£10 per session on a drop in basis.
