Camping, hiking, biking, snowshoeing, boating, etc.
I have lots of them, but I really enjoy the Kentucky Falls trail, I also love Cape Lookout just north of Pacific City because it's breathtakingly beautiful & so unique. Koosah/Sahalie loop. And there are some beautiful trails in the Breitenbush area - Devil's Peak is a killer! This one is special to me & is in Central Wa., so probably not one for the group - but for anyone exploring the Grand Coulee area you might check out "The Maze" behind the Lake Lenore Caves. I was born in Soap Lake & my dad has taken me on this countless times when I was really little. I don't recommend this hike for small children & as the author of this web page mentions, it's important to beware of rattle snakes - I wouldn't hike this alone: /www.metatropo.com/reports/lakelenorecaves042006.shtml
Natural Bridge Campground near Prospect is my favorite camp ground in OR. I also like Washburne on 101, Blue Pool up past Oakridge and Triangle Lake Park. Sun Lakes Campground at Park Lake is my favorite campground in Wa.
Not sure :)
Yes, yes & yes.
I love this beautiful northwest that we live in & I love to get out into it! And so do my canine hiking companions, Fozzy & Beazley!
