REGISTRATION IS OPEN, BUT DO NOT SIGN UP ON THIS WEBSITE! The next meeting of the Texas Ornithological Society will be held in Round Rock over the MLK Holiday weekend, Jan. 16-20. Registration is now open and we already have over 100 registered for this meeting. If you have not made your reservation I urge you to do so very soon as many of the field trips are already full or nearly so. The following trips are full: #1, sparrows; #10 Ft. Hood; #27 Ft. Hood; #40 Western Williamson County; #46 Victor Emanuel. However, there remain a number of open spots on many of the other
field trips. If you haven't registered or do not have the registration
material you can obtain it by using the following link --
All field trips are filled on a first come, first serve basis, so the sooner
you get your reservation in the more likely you are to get the trips you
would prefer. This is going to be a great meeting with over 15 field trips
each day and a speaker lineup that includes, Sandy Komito (holder of the ABA Big Year Record), Victor Emanuel, and Kim Risen of NatureScape Tours. We will also have presentations by Chuck Sexton, Glenn Olsen, Jeff Gordon, President of ABA, and others. One correction needs to made to the registration information: The correct phone number for the Wingate Hotel, our host location, is[masked], so make your hotel reservation now.
Remember there is a $10 late registration fee after January 1 and the hotel
is only holding rooms until January 3, 2014.
