along. One question, we had set September 19 as the board meeting at your
house. Has that changed? I hope not because I have out-of-state
company arriving either the 15th or 16th.

Incorporation & Bylaws
Incorporation of Williamson Audubon Group as a Texas Non-profit
Corporation was accomplished on August 25, 2010 so step one has now been
completed. Furthermore, a filing for a Federal Tax ID number has been
sumbmitted. This is necessary for us to open a bank account. And a proposed
set of Bylaws will be considered at a meeting of the interim Board of
Directors on September 16. Interim directors are Jim Hailey, Sue Wright, Karen
McBride, Sue Tichy, Barry Noret & Virginia Fisher. Copies of the
incorporation documents and the proposed Bylaws have been posted on the
website for all of you to review and make suggestions. The proposed Bylaws are
very comprehensive and are intentionally so to allow WAG to grow and cover
most contingencies without the necessity of revising them at a later date.
Anyone interested in attending the meeting contact me -- Jim Hailey -- and I
will provide you the location and time. To view these documents go to the top
of your webpage and select more and choose files from that drop down. You
should be able to open and view all of them.
WAG members will be able
to vote to approve, amend or disapprove of the final Bylaws approved by the
Board at the next meeting in October.
