If you take the time to look around you, you will see that our country is getting more and more unhealthy everyday. Pain, heart disease, diabetes and other symptoms are just the result of neglect to ourselves that can be avoided in many cases. Our bodies are the most complicated machine on the planet and some of us forget about the regular upkeep we need to stay running smoothly. It is this group's purpose to expose you to new and fun ways to become actively engaged in a healthier lifestyle. We will be hold meetings as often as new ideas come in. Therefore, if you want to try yoga, or ti chi, or organic sushi then we need your ideas so we can get them on the schedule. This group is all about exploration of health and wellness.
