Total Body Blast

Total Body Blast is a circuit training work out combining cardio and strength moves in 45 second intervals.  You will tone and tighten every major muscle group and burn between 500-600 calories per class.  The exercises can be modified for the beginner or advanced, so everyone gets a great work out.

Fit-to-You is an excellent place to workout. We did an event with them last year and it was fantastic.

Please refer to the refund policy before you RSVP. We will offer a refund if you need to cancel 24 hours before the event start time.

    It's a circuit training that seems typically until you have to do it four times. I see why it is a total body blast.
