This is a unique group based around fitness, health and exercise. We offer our members the chance to do all kinds of different things to get into shape, get active and, most importantly, get off the couch and live!! Who says you have to join the gym or run for endless miles on a treadmill to get into shape. Wilmington Health Nuts is a group dedicated to giving you opportunities to explore and try new things.

We are planning a wide array of different experiences from gentle yoga to much more challenging types of exercise like functional strength, or martial arts training. Some events may not even be considered mainstream fitness activities like paintball, but they still get you up and moving about. Most events will be free as we are promoting local gyms, fitness experts, and other businesses. Not only will you get to have some fun and get active but you'll meet some great people along your journey.

Nearly all events are donated by the business owners so if you RSVP, please make sure you can attend as there are limited spaces available for each event and we do not want to be disrespectful to any of the businesses or other members who really want to take part.

If you own a health oriented business and would like to have us at your location, please contact us. We are respectful of our members so please do not email group members personally with sales promotions or promote your products on this site without authorization as this will be grounds for termination of membership. If you want to promote a health or fitness related product or activity on this site please contact the organizer and we can put you on the calendar to do a workshop or event.
