As a health care provider, I believe it is important to educate about exercise and I can't think of a better way to do that than through experience. If you are open to trying things you can find that perfect fit for you to get healthier.
I currently enjoy running, walking, hikes, functional training and outdoor sports of all kinds.
Cave diving, skiing, Ice fishing, getting shot out of a cannon.
I started this thing.
This group is about fun and trying new ways to get into shape and be healthy, pure and simple. We are up for anything from gentle yoga to extreme sports if it gets us off the couch and exploring our abilities and expanding our horizons.

Hi Rhett - I plan on venturing out on Sunday morning for the paddleboard event. I have been wanting to give it a try and I understand mornings are a good time with calmer waters. Thought that would suit me fine. See you there perhaps....
