A relaxed quiet atmosphere with hardly a soul in the place. A perfect place to game with all the room you can handle and nearby snacks/drinks ready to purchase.

We started off the evening with LOTR: deck building game, then we played Infernal Contraption while a second group play tested a new game called DunMaker!!! and then continued with Settlers of Catan with the first group going on to play Zombies Keep Out and Elfenland. We then broke apart and regrouped to play DunMaker!!! in one group while the other played 8 MInute Empire and Love Letter. It was a fun filled evening.

Apparently Elfenland is still in print.
You can get it on Amazon and other places too.

Riding those pigs all over the land.
A friend is coming by for dinner before game night, then I plan to bring her with me for nerdy fun. ^_^ Always a chance the meal will drag on too long, but the theory is that I'll be there with a +1!

I might try and stop this week. There were some surprisingly popular new games at the WBC. I watched some people playing 'Thunder Alley'. A card driven race game that was being played a lot. I ended up picking up a copy. Also picked up a copy of 'Stone Age'.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
