Have you done much walking in the past?

A fair amount. Walked a stretch of the Himalayas foothills in 2005 on a fund-raising trek for Mind, have done half or all of the Sarsen Trail for a number of years and 2 Moonwalks for breast cancer. Also started a project with my step-dad to walk the whole Wiltshire boundary- we got over half-way round in individual walks of 7-9 miles at a time before Alzheimers very sadly put a stop to our progress.

Do you like short, medium or long distance walks?

Where do you live?

Do you want to support the Ramblers work in safeguarding the footpath network, become insured whilst walking and gain financial benefits from Ramblers membership?

Would need to build back up to doing longer walks but I do enjoy them.

Would you like to become a Walk Leader or a respected volunteer in the group giving something back?

Not yet but would be open to doing so once I've got back to better fitness and revised navigation skills.

Living near Marlborough and wanting to get back in to some regular, local walking activity. Keen to meet new people and explore more of the wonderful Wiltshire countryside.
