Theme: Oil and Vinegar
From our democratic discussion on themes came this suggestion, and it sounded good to me.
This theme may encourage you to explore the savoury section of your cookbooks, but as you know, there are plenty of non-savoury bakes that use oil, carrot cake being the usual example, but just one of many. As for vinegar? Well I have some ideas, but I look forward to the meeting to see what you might come up with.
To clarify - you can use oil OR vinegar in the bakes. If you combine them both in one bake you'll walk away with a prize!
