AT&T launch for Nokia Lumia 920

Greetings WP coders and enthusiasts!

As many already know, the Nokia Lumia 920 Windows Phone is coming to AT&T soon.  Rumor has it the launch date is November 11 (I have no specifics, sorry).

I'm checking with AT&T to see if/when I can get confirmation of that.  I'm not sure if or when that launch date can be made public, so let's limit discussion on that subject specifically.

However, I'm curious: if AT&T was willing to involve our group, would members be willing to attend events at local stores that day and represent the group? I'm thinking that we could print out ID badges and you could speak with customers about app ideas.

I've asked AT&T about this and am still waiting on a response.  I wanted to ping the group in advance since there's not a great deal of time left.

Even if AT&T prefers not to have formal involvement, I still think this would be a great opportunity for group members to mingle at launch events.  Who knows what ideas and needs current and prospective Windows Phone customers may have!

NOTE: I am deliberately not copying this message to the discussion board.  Please limit discussion to this list, my personal email or my phone number (both below).  Thanks for your understanding, and I hope to see some involvement one way or another!
