Bring your partner or a friend and join me for partner yoga. Move through a complete asana class, partner in hand, with poses you work on together. Understand the needs of your partner and learn to balance your strength and flexibility within the poses. Experience how to adjust and assist your partner to enhance the effectiveness of the poses in a fun and informative way. Learning to give adjustments makes receiving them so much more effective. As partners, you will learn the value of acceptance and trust as you move through this class.
Please RSVP to this class with a partner is mind, as we will not pair you up during class. This class is meant to create a supportive community and offer a challenging environment to grow your yoga practice, or even start your practice. This class is designed for all levels and is free of judgment.
Please arrive between 5:40 and 5:55
1. Arrive on time. Doors are locked once class starts, and for the privacy of the group there will be no late admittance.
2. Please bring a yoga mat, TOWEL, and water. At this time yoga mats are not available at the studio.
3. As a courtesy to others, please come to class with a clean body and clean feet. Avoid heavy scents or perfumes.
4. Turn cell phones off.
5. If you know you need to leave early, please allow someone else the space for this class and RSVP no.
