This class is a communal practice, rich in the teachings of asana, breath work and mindfulness. It is meant to create a supportive community and offer a challenging environment to grow your yoga practice, or even start your practice. This class is designed for all levels and is free of judgment.
The teacher may make hands-on adjustments to help you understand the pose better, and laughter, sighs and groans are encouraged. Yoga can be hard work, but we should have fun doing it too! We join together as yogis on our journey to become better yogis and share in our united practice.
Please arrive between 9:40 and 9:55
Arrive on time. Doors are locked once class starts, and for the privacy of the group there will be no late admittance.
Please bring a yoga mat, towel, and water. At this time yoga mats are not available at the studio.
As a courtesy to others, please come to class with a clean body and clean feet. Avoid heavy scents or perfumes.
Turn cell phones off.
If you know you need to leave early, please allow someone else the space for this class and RSVP no.
