PRE-CLASS PREP AND MEMORY-MUSCLE, MUSCLE-MEMORY WORK

1. ZenChi

2. FootTennis (U,B,R,L, SS, 2S and BS)

3. M&MTennis – YT (RT & BWT), PL (shot) and ZT (Zinc with finishTennis – YT Hold) + Post swing routines

4. FlexTennis (Injury Prevention stretch)

ALL COURT TENNIS \ PLAYING PRACTICE (70% ONLY)

* 2X2 side per. Stop at point.   ALWAYS use a   post swing routine.    Always!

1. Baseline Rally for 10 minutes – forehand, backhand, slice shots, half volleys, lob shots, slap & drop shots

2. Baseline Serve and Volley Practice

3. Approach Game Practice – when and how.   Volley shots, drop shots, lob shots, hangers, inside out forehands and more

4. Net Play – chip shots, poach shots and more.
