Wine Center awaits you - Winetasting/Networking in English

Learn about it, savor it, taste it..... at the Wine Center of Barcelona. Come, Join In!

We´re all about wine! The Wine Center of Barcelona specializes in hosting winetasting in English and organizing fun tours to winecountry.

Starting in June and all summer, we will have Monday and Thursday winetasting sessions in English at 20h00, followed by our popular Open Patio social for some networking in English until 22h30.

Friday evening stand-alone Open Patio English language networking socials are also held from 21h00 to 23h00.

Every Saturday, we venture out to the winecountry of Catalonia. At www.winecenterbarcelona.com you will find the details of all scheduled tours:
* Emporda and the Costa Brava, with visits to Peralada, Vilajüiga, Roses and Blanes (May 23)
* Penedès, full day excursion includes visit to Montserrat and Pares Balta´s family-operated organic winery (May 31)
* Conca de Barberà, full day excursion including a visit to Montblanc, Poblet where the region´s wine tradition began, and winetasting at Montblanc Clot, a family-owned winery (June 6)
* Priorat and Montsant, full day excursion, including visits to Falset and Sitges (June 13)
* Tarragona, full day excursion includes a visit to the Roman ruins (June 20)
* Pla del Bages, full day excursion, with a visit to Manresa

Coming soon, our "Find A Winery" searchable database of all wineries in Catalunya. Here you´ll be able to find the smaller boutique wineries and those operated by a family, wineries producing interesting wines and cavas, and those who sell direct to the public.

Also coming soon, our Wine of the Month Club, where you can receive samplings from our winetasting sessions and other special wines and cavas direct from the winery!
