The Ukulele Orchestra of Great Britain!

Field Trip! Field Trip! Field Trip!

Looks like Davis is the closest venue for those of us in the North Bay to see the incomparable 'Ukulele Orchestra of Great Britain!

You've probably seen one of their countless (and hysterical) YouTube videos...if not, you should.  Here they are performing that 'ukulele classic, Psycho Killer.

And, as an added bonus, Uni and her Ukulele will be there at 6:30 pm to lead the audience in an 'ukulele play-along..so don't forget to bring yer ukes.  The Uni portion of the show is free.  But tickets for the rest of the show are available at the Mondavi Center Online Box Office.

By RSVPing here, others in the group can see who's going.  If you're interested in carpooling you can start a "conversation" below.

(I see they have a few days after their show in Davis before heading south.  I bet you anything there will be some "sightings" here in the Napa Valley April 12 & 13.  So, keep your eyes, ears, and 'ukuleles out!)

Anyway, my understanding is that they're selling out everywhere they're going, so if you're at all interested, you should jump on it!

Hope to see you there..

Hope you all have a great time with the UOGB! (How can you not?) I'll be thinking of you as I sit in the stands at Sonoma Academy, eating a burger, and watching Taylor's lacrosse game!
