July - t'is the time for Midwinter Fest (sometimes called Christmas :) ), when we feast on the great bounties of the Great Southern girt by sea.
Join us for an evening of wining and dining, as we would in 'Straya, on a feast laid by the only Melbourne Gastrobar in the northern hemisphere, washed down by Local Nose Recommended wines from the Antipodes.

Chorizo chips, poached egg, smashed peas and truffle oils
Katnook Founder's Block Chardonnay (Connawarra, SA)
Salt-baked barramundi, with pearl potatoes, smoked oyster and white wine clam
Fillet of beef, smoked onion jam, melted stilton and potato purée

Rose pavlova, pomegranate, lychees, fresh cream and pistachios
Seifried "Sweet Agnes" Ice Riesling (NZ)
All for $75 nett.
We can only fit 20 people around the table, so as usual, first paid, first served. :)
