Looking for people who is shareing the same passion for the Martial Arts as I am. The main purpose of the group - to practice together the great Vietnamese Kung Fu style which is still almost unknown in the USA. The International Federation of Ngo Si Qui Gia Phap Vinh Xuan is non profit organisation which main goal is to bring this art to people all around the world. It is a totally unique style of kung fu includes solo snd 2 men forms of 5 animals, work with wooden dummy, breathing practices (khi-kong), weapons, two man drills and much much more... There is now age or gender restrictions for participants, it is effective way to improve health and keep a good shape as well as to get a self-defencse training.
