This group is for bird lovers and all outdoor birds but especially those that are at risk or in need of care. The Wings of Hope Outdoor Bird Care Society is a group of people that nurture, protect and enjoy the company of outdoor birds. We share information about birds and work to educate people about them. We share tips on feeding and treatment of sick and injured birds. Collectively we advocate for birds. Care Team Members help rescue and rehabilitate outdoor birds. All skill levels are needed. If you would like to become a Care Team Member please indicate Care Team when you join the Society. Some of the birds we look after are sparrows, mourning doves, pigeons, starlings, crows, sea gulls, geese, cardinals, jays, juncos, wrens, and blackbirds. If you would like more info please contact us. You may join or exit the group at any time. There are no joining fees or membership dues.

Outdoor birds are beautiful! They ad to our lives in many ways. We must thank them for the air we breathe. They are natures planters. ...

It is nice to be around people who are passionate about helping animals and proactive in helping them.
