This month: Painting ON Ponies- Mindful Creation!

Have you ever wished you could just spend more time with horses? Soaking in, through all of your senses, the essence that is Horse?

That’s probably because it just feels good to be around Horses!

Which means, when you hang around horses for very long, you become more COHERENT yourself- with peace, relaxation, and joy more able to flow through you!

Plus, horses are Masters of BEING- the lost art of being present wholly in this very moment, fully in your body, resting in the juicy stillness, open to the possibilities of what most wants to unfold next.

While humans, on average, are Masters of DOING, rushing about, barely in the body, stuck in the static-filled head, hardly present to what is true, and limiting the possibility of what really wants to flow next.

You guessed it! Most humans need to practice BEING to make their doing more effective!

Join us for this summer series of PlaySpaces where you can master the art of BEING alongside of Horse.

This month we'll practice stepping into Mindful Creation by actually painting on our ponies!

By stepping into the stillness, and becoming present with ourselves and the energy of our horses, we'll discover what most wants to be created through us- together as a team with another being.

We'll accept the patient invitation to keep re-aligning with each moment- to become fully present and explore what wants to flow through us now...Now...NOW!

Indeed- a recipe for allowing the beauty we have on the inside to be manifested on the outside- on the body of a horse!  Our willing patners in mindful co-creation!

Remember, when we slowly focus on the body of a Horse, in ways that enliven our senses, it opens a door to finding the Being, both theirs and ours, within.  

Indeed, we can use the intentional process of creating exterior beauty as a way to blossom our internal beauty. (Plus, if you are new to horses, you’ll learn how to be with, groom, and walk horses safely!)

By practicing creatively becoming one with Horse, you’ll discover how to achieve oneness within- that sacred space from which all things are possible!

Plus, as the horses will tell you, it just feels good to them when we focus our attention on beautifying their exterior! Because as we all know, exterior beauty is only a mere reflection of the beauty we hold within!
