Using Enterprise Architect across the Business

Using Enterprise Architect across the Business

Enterprise Architect is a fantastic tool that allows you to model anything from development classes and database design, to your organisations enterprise architectural framework.

While an organisation gets value from using Enterprise Architect in each of these spaces, the real value is when the whole organisation gets involved. From reuse of actors or roles while performing your analysis, to reuse of these same actors in your Human Resources department for your organisational structure, or even the job descriptions they create.

In this presentation Bryce Day is putting more focus on using Enterprise Architect in a business context. Walking you through a pathway of utilising the Business Motivation Model (BMM) and its interconnections across the Project Management Office (PMO) to a unique requirement in project.

Join Bryce in taking a look at using Enterprise Architect for the business. Propeller heads he'll show you how you connect into the overall business vision, allowing you to get better outcomes for your project.

Bryce Day is the Managing Director of Sparx Systems NZ and Catch Software.

Refreshments will be provided at the conclusion of the meeting.

All welcome - No charge
