Regular programs in your area include our homeschool family classes which run monthly during the academic year from 1-3 pm, afterschool-classes-by-request from 3:30-5:30 pm, and our adult classes from 6-8 pm which are designed to train beginners as well as guide advanced students. Classes follow the Wolf Journey Earth Conservation Courses written by program instructors Kim & Chris Chisholm. The courses consists of 8 books, including the Neighborhood Naturalist, Traditional Herbalist, Wildlife Tracker, Survival Scout, Ancient Artisan, Honorable Hunter, Sustainable Living, and Environmental Education.
Chris founded Wolf Camp and the Wolf College in 1996 in Bellingham, and we have since relocated to Puyallup which is Kim's hometown, putting us closer to our students which range from Oregon to Central Washington to British Columbia. We also offer Weekend Workshops taking place throughout the northwest, plus week-long adult training camps and day/overnight youth camps during academic year breaks as well as all summer long. Our most in-depth courses include Part-Time Semester Conservation Apprenticeships and Summer Residential Teaching Apprenticeships.
We welcome you to our meetup site and hope to see you soon!
