Crystal Bowl Meditation ~ Sounds for Well Beng Winds, Bells, Bowls and Vocals

Crystal Bowls, Bells, and Winds led by Christine Campbell Sunday evening meditations for deep relaxation and well being. , October 21st, November 18th ( on – going 1st Sundays* this is a change We are now meeting 1st Sundays) 7 to 8:30 p.m. Come experience the gentle sound of crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, bells and wind as you are guided through a visualization using the healing properties of sound, Reiki, and meditation inviting you to expand your boundaries and experience a deep communion with the world within and around you.
